Its location was very central, 200 metres from Plaza Major. It took me 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop.

The total stay was very nice for our month long vacation. The stuff were accommodating and made us feel welcome. The hotel was in a marvellous and incredible location very close to the historical centre, close to the cathedral, the castle and the brige. Plus it was 5 mins drive from El Estanque.

Had an excellent stay for our month long vacation, everything was really good. The hotel had a marvellous location to all the monuments from the doorstep. Besides, it was just next door to the aqueduct to the alcazar with the cathedral and Plaza Mayor in the middle as well as the historical centre of town.

The location was brilliant in the centre of the city, a few steps away from a Roman aqueduct. The staff was exceptional and welcoming, the breakfast offered was rich with variety of food.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Exceptional staff, glorious views of the town and sour rounding area, everything is very comfortable. The breakfast is plentiful, and the location is awesome near to a roof garden with super views of Segovia, outdoor seating and a relaxing lounge/library inside and Alcazar, cathedral, aquaduct and restaurants. The room is neat and airy with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows.

Overall had excellent stay for our month long vacation. We was upgraded to a perfectly clean and very affordable room with comfy bed. Had marvellous location to all the major sites, metres from Torreon de Lozoya Tower.

Sadly, there was no breakfast.
